Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Hey Guys! Happy Thanksgiving!!! I hope you all had a great day and ate lots of yummy food! I know I did! Sorry I'm getting this up so late. I tried to upload the pictures and everything around 4:30-ish, but I was having Internet problems. Anyways, I hope you enjoy reading about my dolls Thanksgiving! Oh yeah, Claire wanted to tell you about this years Thanksgiving from her perspective, so I'll let her take over now!

Wassup peoples?! Its Claire again! Today was Thanksgiving, and I had a great time eating and watching football! So this is what we did today:
First off, we slept in until about 10 o'clock, except for Kanani. She got up really early to make all the yummy Thanksgiving food. After that, we got all ready. Mom made us all dress in white and blue, since most of her family and I love the Dallas Cowboys and those are two of their colors. I thought it was an awesome idea, but all my sisters didn't like the idea, since they are not really into football. Mom isn't really into football either, but she made everyone dress in white and blue just for me!

Anyways, then we just sat around until it was time to eat. McKenna and Izzy were talking about some magazine they were reading...

....and me and Lanie were playing a game with a ball.

Kanani was finishing up making the Thanksgiving dinner and was just about to put a bowl of rolls onto the table.

She put the rolls on the table, and called us all to come eat lunch.

The food smelled delicious and we gladly came to the table when she called.

Lanie was the first one to the table, but I was close behind.

We all got seated and were just about to dish up, when Kanani interrupted us.

"Hey guys, wait, before we dish up, I think it would be good for us all to each say something we are thankful for. So, lets just go around the table! I'll go first. I am thankful for our oven, because I love cooking and baking."

Izzy said, "I am thankful for all you guys, my new family."

I said that I was thankful for food and football! ;)

Lanie said, "I am thankful for all the clothes Mom makes us!"

And McKenna said, "I am thankful for the internet!"

We prayed over our food, and then looked at the yummy selection, deciding what we wanted.

This is all the delicious food we had!

Here is the turkey! It was sooo good!

We also had fresh corn and yummy green beans!

The rolls were amazing! Kanani is sooo good at cooking!

Finally we dished up and passed all the food around.

Once we had gotten all our sided dished up, we realized we forgot to carve the turkey!

"Who wants to carve it?!" Kanani asked.

Everyone looked down at their plates or looked around, all saying they didn't want to do it.

So, I voulenteered! Yay! They actually let me carve the turkey, and I did a fantastic job, might I add.

We all enjoyed our meal, especially the turkey, and licked our plates clean (at least I did)!

We cleaned up the kitchen a little and dumped all our dirty dishes into the sink.
Then mom made us all go outside without coats on for a photoshoot, before the Cowboys game started. We were all freezing by the time we got back in, and Mom's hair was even frozen! Mom said she will be posting the photoshoot tomorrow, so look forward to that!

The last thing we did was watch the game! Me, mom's mom, and mom's brothers watched it, and even though the ended up losing badly, we definitely had fun watching it! Let me just tell you, there was lots of yelling going on and we were going crazy! Mom was really annoyed by us! ;)  Anyways, I hope all you guys liked reading about our Thanksgiving! Mom wants to type now, so I'll give it back to her!
