Fishtail Bun ~ Hair Tutorial

Hey guys! So, I was trying to think of something to post today, and I really wanted to do a hairstyle on Kanani, so I came up with this. It's sort of a fishtail bun type thing. I thought it looked really cute, so I decided to do a tutorial on it! I hope some of you guys will try it! :)

You will need:
A doll with medium to long hair, an AG hairbrush, a few bobby pins, a clear hair elastic, and a normal hair tie.

First, pull your dolls hair into a high ponytail.

Then, split the ponytail into two even sections.

Take a small piece from the underside of one section......

And cross it over into the other section.

Then take a small piece from the underside of other section and cross it over to the opposite section.

Just keep doing this until you have gone as far down the hair as you can. Tie off the end with a clear elastic.

Wrap the braid into a loose bun.

When you get to the ends, pull the braid part up and tuck the ends underneath.

Pull the braid back down, so it looks like this and bobby pin it in place.

It should look something like this from the top.

I did a photoshoot with Kanani sporting the cute little bun! I hope you like it!
